Her voice is made to be heard underwater as communication over long distances.. above water it just sounds like screeches to her kind, but to creatures on other planes, the pitch of the sound is such it kinda turns their brains into goo Personality: Ceeley was taken from her home by an invading race because of her own race's special abilities on non-native species of her plane/world. Her voice can essentially make one's head go explody. The invading race wanted to study this more to use as a potential weapon so they "procured a specimen" and made her effectively harmless by placing a mask on her that prevents her from speaking. Because of the magic infused into the mask, she is unable to remove it. She was then locked into a crystal artifact for later study. This artifact was later obtained by the Selestarri while in a war with the same invading race on their own plane. Ikkairius got locked into the crystal soon after it was given to him for study by the Selestarri. He accidentally unsealed her after working with the crystal, [almost 10,000 years after being sealed himself]. She is physically and mentally a 14 yr old though she has technically been kept "alive" for the past 10,000 yrs in the crystal. Ceeley speaks a completely different language and shares no forms of communication with anyone around her, so she feels rather isolated.
